Who We Are

The law office of Fern Flomenhaft PLLC is a boutique firm specializing in insurance defense and insurance coverage litigation and other personal injury, property damage, tort and commercial litigation on behalf of insurance companies, businesses and individuals in New York courts.  A cohesive and collegial group of attorneys, we take immense pride in our relationships with our clients, judges, court personnel, adversaries and our team of talented and dedicated professionals.

Our History

Fern Flomenhaft has been privileged, over the past 25 years, to have had the opportunity, to work together to develop, lead and work with an outstanding team of litigators, including (presently) Christopher Keane, Madeline Wagner and Liliya Nesterov, in handling many litigated cases, with notably outstanding results, at all phases of the litigation, including trials and appeals.
